Pura Vida Coin is a virtual token which you can exchange for discounts or free products in our webshop. You can collect them through various actions on our website (see “How do I get Pura Vida Coins?” in About Coins FAQ). See which rewards you can unlock in My Account -> My Wallet
Pura Vida Coins are a part of our Loyalty and Reward system therefore exclusively vaild on our webshop www.puravidacbd.com.
Where can I apply for this program?
You just have to create an account and, voilà, you’re automatically participating in both of our programs. You can see your Pura Vida Coins in your Wallet or on your Account Dashboard .

If you don’t wish to pariticpate in our Reward program, please send us an email to info@puravidacbd.com and we’ll deactivate this for you.
How do I get Pura Vida Coins?
There are various actions that can let you collect coins which you can trade for discounts and rewards.
Some actions can be only performed once (e.g. place a first order) and some actions generate Coins as you’re placing orders or participate on special events exclusively for our loyalty members.
More actions will be added over time.

What can I do with my Pura Vida Coins?
You can trade Pura Vida Coins for coupons (discounts, free products, etc…) on our webshop www.puravidacbd.com which you can use for your next order. You can unlock your coupons in My Account -> My Coupons or in My Account -> My Wallet -> “All Rewards” Tab.
You can see you unlocked coupons in My Account -> My Coupons
Note: Pura Vida Coins cannot be exchanged for cash and can be only used for the offered rewards on our webshop www.puravidacbd.com.
How do I use my Coupons?
Option 1: Go to My Account -> My Coupons and click the button “Use Coupon” to add it automatically to your cart.
Option 2: Copy manually the couponcode from your dashboard and paste it in the coupon code field at the checkout.
Note: You can only use one coupon at a time. Coupons unlocked with Pura Vida Coins are valid for 6 months.

Next to Pura Vida Coins you also autmatically collect Loyalty Points where you reach Loyalty Level and unlock additional discounts and free products. See the Loyalty rewards in the “all Loyalty Rewards” tab in your Loyalty Overview.
